Does anyone else feel that 'lens' should be spelled 'lense' and that they will most likely continue to spell it that way, regardless, until the day they die?
maybe it should BE a trademarked word that eventually becomes the generic term for it, like Kleenex. I actually forced myself to start saying "tissue" which is now the habit, but you get what i'm saying.
Funny that after reading all of those comments I'm confused on the actual word......lens? Like a contact lens? Are you typing that word a lot or something? I've never had a problem with it.

Hmm..."lens" has always seemed weird to me but "lense" doesn't look right either.
yeah.. that's how i always try to spell it, but looking at it now, i just want to say it with a hard 's' like, "sense." What to do?? maybe 'lenz'?
Yeah, lense looks like it has a hard 's' and I thought of lenz too, but it looks like it should be trademarked (lenz®??).

I type "lens" constantly. It's a bad habit of mine.
